Our Dental Hygienists

Our dental hygienists are an integral part of both your initial visits and periodontal maintenance; they are part of the front line in your periodontal treatment.

Our Front Desk Team

Our front desk team and clerical support staff work hard to ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments as well as providing information regarding insurance and payment options. Many of our hygiene and administrative staff have been working at the Periodontal Health Center for over 20 years!

Our Surgical Assistants

The surgical assistants provide an equally important service to both the doctors and patients. Their high level of skill and commitment to patient care is essential to maintaining the efficient and comfortable dental experience you will always receive at the Periodontal Health Center.

Kristina

Hygienist

Krystyna began her dental career as a dental assistant, earning her certificate in 2001. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2005, where she received her Dental Hygiene License. Krystyna has recently joined our practice with over 19 years of experience in the periodontics field. She also received a license to administer local anesthesia and is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She is fluent in Polish and English. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and loves to walk, bicycle and kayak.

Sam

Front Office Assistant

Samantha is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. Sam, as she likes to be called, joined PHC in 2020 after moving to Florida with her family. Sam has many years in the dental field from assisting to front desk. Her mission is making everyone she comes in contact with feel like family. In her spare time she enjoys going to church, watching football, being outdoors, and spending as much time as she can with her husband and two boys.

Kristen

Clinical Team Lead

Kristen graduated from the dental assisting program at HCC in 2008 and she also has her AA degree. She has been a surgical assistant at PHC since 2008. She enjoys assisting because she genuinely loves helping people. In her spare time she loves painting and going on outings with her husband and daughter.

Erin

Hygienist

Erin recently moved from Omaha, Nebraska in May 2024 where she practice Dental Hygiene at a community health center and an air force base. She is currently licensed to administer local anesthesia along with her expanded periodontal functions. When she’s not with patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and two cats.

Hygienist

Maria has worked in Periodontal Health Center for over 13 years, but has been working in Periodontics for over 25 years. She began her dental career in Mexico and then in New York before moving to Florida . She worked as a Surgical Dental Assistant for over 18 years, with dedication and hard work she is now one of our Dental Hygienist with a license to administer local anesthesia. She’s fluent in Spanish and English. In her free time She enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

Dianne, CRDH

Hygienist

Dianne has worked for Dr. Lieber and Dr. Stilley for over 20 years as a Dental Hygienist. Dianne also works as an Adjunct Instructor at PHSC in the Dental Hygiene Program. Dianne has done extensive continuing education in order to provide the most current treatment modalities for our patients. With great pride, she took home an award for the Dental Team Member of the Year from the Florida Dental Association in 2019. Dianne has included licensure in Dental Local Anesthesia as an acquired asset. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to bicycle and read.

Lianne

Surgical Assistant

Originally from Cuba, Lianne moved to the United States in 2012. She graduated from FCC college as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant in 2022. Lianne started working in specialties such as Orthodontics, Periodontics, and Endodontics together with General dentistry but discovered her passion for gum surgery and implants. This brought her to Periodontal Health Center, where she joined the team in August 2024.  

In her free time, Lianne is a musician and percussionist, favoring Latin music and piano. She really likes dancing, the beach, museums, and spending time with her son.  

Brianna

Surgical Assistant

Brianna is a Florida native born and raised in Pasco County. Brie graduated from Pasco Hernando State College in 2020 with her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification. She started her career working as an Oral surgery assistant and has since found her love for Periodontics. In her free time, she spends her days with her husband Kenny and their four dogs. They love spending time with extended family and friends .

Wendy

Administrative Assistant

Wendy is originally from Cuba and has become a United States Citizen. She joined the PHC team in 2023. She had never worked in a dental office before but has now found a love of helping people achieve their smiles. Being bilingual, Wendy is a great help with our Spanish patients that have difficulty with the English language. During her time away from the office she enjoys going to the beach and seeing family. Wendy also loves spending as much time as she can with her son. 

Ashley

Administrative Assistant

Ashley is no stranger to helping others and loves to make patients smile. She has a background inmedical administration and joined the PHC team in June 2024. Native to the Tampa area, she lovesexploring with her two daughters and spends her free time with her loved ones and her better half.

Arcadia

Surgical Assistant

Arcadia was raised in Florida and has been a part of the PHC team since her mother joined us in 2006. Arcadia started with PHC while still in high school as our sterile technician and proceeded to learn the surgical aspect of assisting. She received her Expanded Functions Certification in early 2024 and quickly moved into a surgical assistant role.

Arcadia is a huge animal lover and aspires to have her own miniature dachshund one day. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her friends and her family, adventuring across the states, and is a Disney fanatic.

Crissa

Surgical Assistant

Crissa graduated from PHSC in 2018 with her AA degree as well as her Dental assisting certification in 2020. After graduating she worked as an Oral Surgery assistant for 2 1/2 years where she was phlebotomy trained and worked with zygomatic implant surgeries. She wants to continue her education, may become a Dental Hygienist and also get her bachelor’s degree. She found herself loving the field ofPeriodontics which led her to join Periodontal Health Center inOctober 2022. Crissa enjoys working alongside great people and helping our patients with their periodontal health. On her down time, she loves spending time with her son and her family.

Stephanie

Administrative Assistant

Stephanie is originally from Kingston, Michigan and moved to Florida in April of 2022. She graduated from Siena Heights University with her B.A. in Communications in 2016 and joined the PHC team in October 2022. Although she is new to the dental field, she has worked in the service industry for many years, using her interpersonal skills at the front desk to make sure every patient feels welcomed and understood. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, the outdoors, true crime documentaries, volunteering at a local church food pantry and video chatting with her family up north.
